Allison Turner

Allison linkedin picAllison has over twenty years’ experience in customer facing roles, including 11 years with Methodist Homes, and six years with Breast Cancer Care, where she was responsible for developing legacy and in-memory income. Allison’s key strengths include:


  • Leadership and staff engagement – supporting colleagues to embrace new ways of working
  • Legacy marketing event planning and delivery
  • Presentation and training skills
  • Relationship management and customer care skills, particularly in understanding the needs and motivations of older age groups.

Allison has recently taken early retirement to take up the new challenge of freelance working.

Kirsty Lambert

KirstyKirsty has over 20 years’ experience working with voluntary sector organisations. Her fundraising career began in charity retail and events fundraising, before specialising in individual giving, focusing on direct mail, database management, legacy and in-memory giving.

Having worked previously at St Gemma’s Hospice, Leeds Asylum Seekers Support Network, Methodist Homes and Theatre Company Blah Blah Blah, Kirsty now works on a freelance basis with both local and national charities, specialising in copywriting and grant applications.
